The Biggest Upgrade Nobody’s Shouting About
Pixel phones have had a modem problem for six years. Google used Samsung’s Exynos modems, and the result was patchy signal, worse battery life in weak coverage, and a steady stream of complaints.
The Pixel 11 reportedly swaps that out. If it works as expected, this is the most meaningful fix in the whole lineup — more useful day to day than any camera spec, because it affects your phone everywhere you go.
